THERAPeutic yoga + PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

As a Certified Yoga Therapist (CI-AYT), through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, I am building my practice + taking on clients. Yoga Therapy is an individualized experience where we co-create a personal yoga practice that may include physical movement, breath-work, meditation, mindfulness, mantra + lifestyle goals. The intent of this practice is to help empower you on your journey to find balance in all aspects of your life. Whether it be managing chronic pain, tools to help mitigate anxiety, working through tough emotions or finding ways to cultivate peace in stormy times, there are endless challenges that Yoga Therapy can help address. Likewise, private yoga sessions allow us to focus on your needs + goals. Private classes can be great for individuals + families, as well as wonderful team building opportunities for businesses + organizations.
